Amy (Hillstrom) Harkins has significant experience in the field of Human Resources, with their most recent role being a Human Resources Services Manager at KMA Human Resources Consulting since July 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at the same company from January 2022 to June 2022, and as a Human Resources Consultant from October 2020 to December 2021.
Before joining KMA Human Resources Consulting, Amy worked at Mölnlycke from October 2014 to October 2020, where they held a Human Resources position.
Amy also has experience as the Director of Human Resources at Spectrum Generations - CMAAA from August 2012 to October 2014.
Amy began their career at Maine Veterans' Homes, initially serving as a Human Resources Manager from 2000 to 2005, and later as a Senior Human Resources Manager from 2005 to 2012.
Amy (Hillstrom) Harkins is a current student at Southern New Hampshire University, pursuing a degree in Organizational Leadership since 2018. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General and an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities from Southern New Hampshire University and the University of Maine at Augusta, respectively. In addition to their degrees, Amy has also completed a Certificate Program in Human Resource Management from the University of Southern Maine in May 2003.
