Amy (Hillstrom) Harkins has significant experience in the field of Human Resources, with their most recent role being a Human Resources Services Manager at KMA Human Resources Consulting since July 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at the same company from January 2022 to June 2022, and as a Human Resources Consultant from October 2020 to December 2021.

Before joining KMA Human Resources Consulting, Amy worked at Mölnlycke from October 2014 to October 2020, where they held a Human Resources position.

Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General and an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities from Southern New Hampshire University and the University of Maine at Augusta, respectively. In addition to their degrees, Amy has also completed a Certificate Program in Human Resource Management from the University of Southern Maine in May 2003.
