Holly Lancaster has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles.
In 1997, they worked as a Project Manager at Protocol Communications until 2000. Holly then joined ADP as a District Manager from 2000 to 2004.
From 2005 to 2007, Holly worked as an Account Manager at Sapphire Technologies. Holly then moved on to One Communications, where they held the positions of Recruiter from 2006 to 2008 and Senior Sales Recruiter from 2007 to 2009.
Holly also served as a Board Member at Camp Ketcha from 2006 to 2016.
In 2009, they joined Solidus Technical Solutions as a Senior Technical Recruiter until 2017. During their time at Solidus Technical Solutions, they also took on the role of Commercial Market Senior Account Manager from 2017 to 2019.
Holly's most recent work experience is as the Director of Recruiting at KMA Human Resources Consulting, where they have been since 2019.
Additionally, they have been a Member of the Board of Directors at EmpowerME since 2013.
Holly Lancaster attended West Virginia University from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in English and Communications.
