Johnna Major started their work experience in 1985 as the Executive Director at the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Johnna then served as the Assistant to the President at Sebago from 1989 to 1995. From 1995 to 1999, they worked at Cole Haan as an HR Representative. At GoFish.com, they held the position of Director of HR from 1999 to 2001. Johnna then joined Martin's Point Health Care as the Chief HR Officer from 2001 to 2007. Following that, they founded and served as the President of Cornerstone HR, LLC from 2007 to 2019. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as the Director of HR at Ransom Consulting, LLC. Currently, they are working as a Recruiting Consultant at KMA Human Resources Consulting.
Johnna Major attended Bates College from 1980 to 1984, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts with Honors degree in Sociology.
