Julie Banta, CSP

Julie Banta, CSP has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Julie currently works as a Recruiting Consultant at KMA Human Resources Consulting, where they provide assistance with recruiting needs and strategies for various industries. Prior to this, Julie held multiple roles at Bonney Staffing Center, LLC, including Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, and Senior Staffing Supervisor. In these positions, they were responsible for identifying staffing needs and finding suitable candidates for office/administrative, warehouse, event staff/catering, call center, and labor positions. Julie also worked at Maine Medical Association as a Front Office/Conference Coordinator and at Lindblad Expeditions as a Program Manager, where they managed trips worldwide, handled documentation and guest inquiries.

Julie Banta, CSP, completed their Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of South Carolina, where they also minored in History and Religion. Julie pursued their education in between 1980 and 1984.
