Leora Kirk, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse range of work experience in human resources. Leora currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Maine Employee Benefits Council, beginning in March 2018. Prior to this role, Leora worked as a Consultant at KMA Human Resources Consulting starting in March 2017. At KMA, they provided HR support to growing companies in Maine and New England by handling various HR functions, such as compliance, employee relations, and talent management.

In this role, Leora supervised daily production practices, ensured compliance with company policies, and managed payroll for multiple stores.

Leora Kirk, PHR, SHRM-CP has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Southern Maine. Leora also holds an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities from Southern Maine Community College. Leora has obtained several certifications including a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021. Leora also holds a PHR certification from HRCI and SHRM obtained in December 2012, as well as a SHRM-CP certification from SHRM obtained in August 2015.
