Ben Smith

Ben Smith currently serves as the Head of Fulfilment Operations for Kmart & Target across Australia and New Zealand, a position held since October 2023. With extensive experience in the retail sector, previous roles at Target Australia included Head of Online Fulfilment & Store Execution, Store Execution Manager, Project Manager for Workforce Strategy, and Regional Manager. Additionally, Ben has contributed to the community through various voluntary positions, such as Vice President for both Geelong Swimming Club and Barwon South West Swimming Association, and as Vice President/Director of Club Development at Alkimos Surf Life Saving Club. Earlier roles included managerial positions at Kmart Australia and referee duties for Football West and Football Gold Coast.
