Joelle Guidolin

Joelle Guidolin is a finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and transformation. Currently serving as the Head of Finance Transformation for Kmart and Target at Kmart Australia Limited since September 2023, Joelle previously held multiple roles at Target Australia, including Senior Finance Manager and S/4HANA Business Project Manager from September 2016 to September 2023. Joelle's career began at Kmart Australia Limited, where roles spanned from Property Accountant to TM1 Business Project Manager. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Systems Accountant at La Trobe University, where implementation of sFIN SAP Simple Finance was a key responsibility.
