Since joining Kmart Australia Limited in July 2012, Rob has progressed through various roles, including Engineering Manager, Lead Engineer, and Process Improvement Manager - Replenishment, successfully driving continuous improvements in inventory and replenishment processes, developing data management tools, and enhancing team training. Prior to Kmart, Rob worked at CNC Design Pty. Ltd. in roles such as Sales Account Manager and IT Manager, where Rob focused on product development, customer relations, and IT resource management. Rob holds a degree in Engineering (Mechatronics) and Computer Science from the University of Melbourne.
