Stephen A. Bray

Mr. Bray is a licensed professional engineer in 50 states and is a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers and the Institute of Industrial Engineers (Senior Member).

Mr. Bray has extensive knowledge of process analysis, graphical analysis, statistical tools and other observation techniques to analyze workflow, operation sequences, facility layout, and information systems. His combination of both internal and external business skills equip Mr. Bray to be an effective leader that drives KMB to achieve its goals of client satisfaction and continuous improvement.

In addition to his role of President and CEO of KMB Design Group, Mr. Bray serves on the Industrial Advisory Board for the Rutgers University School of Engineering and on the School of Education’s Dean’s Advisory Council for Monmouth University. He also serves on the Planning Board and is a Councilman in West Long Branch, NJ and serves as the chairman of the Finance and Administration Committee.

Mr. Bray has a BS and MS in Industrial Engineering from Rutgers University and a Masters of Business Administration from Monmouth University.
