Steven Strieffler

Partner, SVP of Telecom Engineering at KMB Design Group

With 30 years of diverse engineering experience, including over 15 years of telecom experience, Steve provides focused leadership on all projects, from engineering to client management and through construction. His leadership guides the team as they assist all major carriers, tower owners and developers with infrastructure expansion and maintenance, as well as helping new clients and smaller members of the telecom industry get started in this competitive and fast-paced environment.

Steve started his engineering career in the design and manufacture of telecom equipment, so he has a unique understanding of the balance between good engineering design, cost effectiveness, and constructability. This balance allows him to work well with fellow engineers, contractors, township inspectors, attorneys, and all other members of the telecom world.

During his tenure at KMB, Steve has played an integral role in the development of thousands of macro and small cell sites in the Northeast and throughout the U.S. He has been involved with a multitude of scenarios, including new carrier deployments, small cell advancements, structural repairs, and zoning applications.

Steve also supports KMB with business development to continually broaden KMB’s client base and to ensure there is a robust, diverse, and ever-expanding set of projects for KMB.

Steve earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University.
