Marcin Swiercz has over 20 years of experience in the food and dairy industries, currently serving as Regional Director and Commercial Manager - Europa at KMC Amba since September 2016. Prior roles include Regional Sales Manager at Arla Foods Ingredients from October 2008 to March 2015, Process Manager at Fertin Pharma A/S from August 2006 to October 2008, and Dairy Technologist at Kirk's mejeri from August 2003 to March 2006.
