Mette Nees Jensen is a research chemist with experience in method development, rheology, texture analysis, and analytical chemistry. Mette has worked for KMC Amba since August 2016 and previously for DuPont Nutrition & Health. Jensen holds a Master's degree in Molecular Nutrition and Food Technology, a Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology with a specialization in food technology, and studied nutrition and health at VIA University College.
