Olga Avagian serves as Controller at KMC Mining since June 2022, following a role as Senior Corporate Accountant at BGE Indoor Air Quality Solutions. Olga has extensive experience as a Senior Accountant at both Red-L Distributors and Preferred Client Services Group Ltd., where responsibilities included managing general ledger activity, payroll processing, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation. Olga holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Internal Control from Uman State Agrarian University in Ukraine, alongside diplomas in Computerized Financial Accounting and Accounting and Auditing. Currently pursuing a CPA designation from Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada, Olga's expertise spans multiple accounting areas, including asset management, budgeting, and compliance with government filings.
