Fumihiko Hisamitsu

EVP, Strategic Initiatives at KMD

Fumihiko Hisamitsu joined KMD from NEC in 2021 in the role of Executive Vice President (EVP) for Strategic Initiatives. Since joining the NEC in 1982, Fumihiko Hisamitsu has worked for 20 years with financial solutions, and since 2003 he has worked globally in the NEC organization. In NEC Solutions America, he was responsible for high-end server business development, he led the management of NEC's Super Computer Business globally (for use by meteorological institutes and scientific institutions). In addition, he has headed the Global Business Planning Division, which manages NEC's global subsidiaries in finance and governance. Most recently, he became part of Safer City Business Group in NEC and has contributed to major merger and acquisition activities by leading due diligence on e.g. the acquisition of KMD and Swiss Avaloq.
