Martin Klitgaard Rytter

Martin Klitgaard Rytter is an experienced product leader and manager with a strong background in software solutions and project management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Business and Chief Product Owner for Personnel Solutions at KMD, Martin focuses on human capital management and the delivery of complex payroll and personnel administration solutions. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager at DSB, where Martin developed project methodologies for backend application adaptations, and Solution/Product Manager at IST Group, managing existing software products in the education sector. Martin's experience also encompasses significant positions at KOMBIT, Plandent A/S, and roles at KMD where expertise in health care solutions, tender management, and project management was developed. Martin holds a Cand.mag. degree in Informatics from Aalborg University.
