Cheryl Martin

Project Scientist at KMEA

Cheryl Martin is an experienced project scientist currently working at KMEA since April 2016. Prior to this role, Cheryl held positions as a staff geologist at TriEco, LLC from January 2014 to April 2016, an engineering intern at Rincon del Diablo Municipal Water District from November 2012 to June 2013, and served as a teaching assistant at San Diego State University between August 2009 and December 2011 for courses in Geologic Inquiry, Mineralogy, Historical Geology, and The Ocean Planet. Earlier in career, Cheryl worked as an environmental analyst at RECON from June 2001 to July 2009. Cheryl Martin holds a Master of Science degree in Geological Sciences with a focus on Hydrogeology from San Diego State University, completed in 2013, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, obtained in 1999.
