Connie began their career as a Property Manager at Lincoln Property Company in 1989. In 1998, they became the Community Manager at Colonial Properties Trust. In 1999, they joined Related Management Company as a Regional Manager, where they worked for five years. In 2004, they joined Continental Management as Senior Vice President. In 2005, they joined USA Properties Fund, Inc. as Regional Manager. Connie has been with KMG Prestige since 2006.
Connie Mathes is a graduate of Cardinal Mooney High School and the University of Florida.
