Kelly Beach

Kelly Beach is a regional property manager at KMG Prestige. Kelly has over fifteen years of experience in the field of property management. For the majority of their career, they have worked with low-income housing, specifically with the Section 8 program.

Kelly started their career in property management in 2005 with Independent Management Services. Kelly was a site manager for a 72-unit Section 8 property in Kentwood and then a 120-unit Section 8 property in Holland. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of the properties' operations, including staffing, marketing, and resident retention. Kelly also had to ensure that the properties were compliant with all HUD regulations. During their time with Independent Management Services, Kelly consistently received high marks on their performance reviews.

In 2010, Kelly left Independent Management Services to join KMG Prestige. In their current role as regional property manager, they oversee a portfolio of properties in the Midwest. Kelly is responsible for ensuring that all properties are compliant with HUD regulations and that they are running smoothly. Kelly has been instrumental in several company initiatives, including a software conversion from HUDPlus to One-Site.

Kelly is a highly skilled property manager with a proven track record of success. Kelly is dedicated to their work and takes pride in providing quality housing for their residents.

Kelly Beach has a certificate in leadership from KMG Prestige, a diploma in general studies from Comstock High School, and an English/music degree from Adrian College. Kelly has also completed courses in fair housing, business ethics, and sexual harassment in the workplace from Wingate Management. In addition, they have attended fair housing conferences in 2008 and 2010.
