Director Strategic Marketing at KMJ Web Design

Franisha Hayes began their work experience in 2011 as a student at IADT Las Vegas. In 2014, they joined KMJ Web Design as Director of Strategic Marketing. In this role, they created and executed strategic online marketing plans by conducting market research, collecting, analyzing and interpreting data on various market conditions. Franisha also optimized websites for top performance for both end-users and Google. Additionally, they wrote proposals, attended networking events, designed and developed websites, and performed day-to-day office duties. In 2015, they joined LeTip International, Inc. as Secretary.

Franisha Hayes completed a Certificate of Digital Marketing from the University of Washington in 2021, focusing on Marketing. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) from Sanford Brown College Henderson between 2010 and 2014, with a focus on Graphic Design. Franisha also holds a Fundamentals of Digital Marketing Certificate from Google Digital Garage.
