Matthew also worked at ProLogistix as a staff performance manager, where they recruited and staffed employees for the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Matthew T. then joined KMM Logistics and Network Services, where they held several positions including regional program manager, operations manager, director of transportation and 3PL services, and director of operations. In these roles, they managed projects, oversaw warehouses, and handled business cases to increase profitability. Overall, Matthew T. has a strong background in operations, logistics, and management.
