Jake Harris

Jake Harris is currently a Sales Development Representative at KMS Lighthouse, bringing a new level of customer experience through knowledge management solutions. Prior to this role, Jake worked at Houzz as a Sales Development Representative, excelling in meeting client needs and closing sales. Before that, Jake worked at Confero as a Call Center Operator, demonstrating patience and leadership skills in handling customer complaints about electric car chargers.
