J.P. Heatherington

J.P. Heatherington has extensive experience as a Military Officer in the United States Navy from 1982-2015. J.P. then served as Manager of Business Development at KMS Solutions, LLC from 2016-2017, followed by Director Southeast Operations, Senior Director Southeast Operations, and finally Chief Operating Officer until 2020. From there, they served as President at Novational, LLC from 2020 until 2022. Currently, Heatherington works as Chief Executive Officer at KMS Solutions, LLC starting in 2022.

J.P. Heatherington attended the U.S. Naval Academy from 1982 to 1986, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering. J.P. also attended the U.S. Naval War College from 2006 to 2007, where they obtained a Master of Arts degree in International Affairs and Strategic Studies. Additionally, in 2010, J.P. Heatherington attended the Darden School of Business for an Executive Course, but did not obtain a degree.
