Jenn-Mei Fullem

Jenn-Mei Fullem has over 30 years of experience in global program and project management, diversity, equality, and inclusion, and administrative and personnel operations. Jenn-Mei currently works at VT Group as a Senior Global Project Manager, where they manage a mission-critical Ship's Program and directly supervises 4 junior government Contract Analysts. Jenn-Mei also guides procurement teams through Request-for-Proposal (RFP) and SIDs packages. Prior to this, they worked at Delta Resources, Inc. as a Senior Executive Assistant (Global Programs) and at Naval Sea Systems Command as a Global Command Climate Specialist and EEO Advisor. Jenn-Mei also has experience working in the US Navy as a Joint Manpower Analyst and Global Travel, Personnel, and Administrative Officer.

Jenn-Mei Fullem has an impressive education history that started when they obtained their high school diploma from Newtown High School. Jenn-Mei then earned an associate's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Community College of Aurora in 2001. In 2004, they earned another associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Arkansas Grantham. Jenn-Mei then pursued their bachelor's degree in Service Management with a Specialty in Hospitality from Ashford University from 2011 to 2013. Jenn-Mei also gained expertise in Equal Opportunity and Mediation at Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute (DEOMI) by completing their Certification program. Recently, in 2022, they completed their MBA in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Jack Welch Management Institute. Beyond their formal education, they have also gained certifications in Project Management, Project Leadership, and Master Training Specialist.
