Kevin Whelan

Kevin Whelan is the owner of KMW Construction, a position held since July 2024. Prior to this role, Kevin served as a superintendent at K. Hoyle Construction from July 2022 to June 2024. Additional experience includes working as a site project manager at Malmquist Builders from January 2020 to April 2022, and as an assistant project manager and project administrator at Windover Construction between January 2015 and December 2019. Kevin began a career in construction as a carpenter and property manager at Cottage & Castle Builders in 2014 and worked as a retail sales representative for Pella Windows and Doors of Boston, NH, ME, from July 2012 to June 2014. Kevin holds a degree from the University of Hartford, attended from 2008 to 2012, and is an alumnus of Brewster Academy.
