Ruth de Beijer is an accomplished Human Resource professional with extensive experience in HR management. Currently serving as Human Resource Manager at KMWE since September 2010, Ruth leads a team of seven and plays an integral role in developing HR policies while being a member of the management team. Previously, Ruth held the position of HR Manager at Spierings Kranen from March 2008 to August 2010 and worked as a Personnel Officer at Bovema Konstrukties B.V. from 2001 to 2008. Ruth’s career in the HR field began as an Intercedente at Start Uitzendbureau from 1996 to 2001. Ruth holds a Bachelor's degree in Personnel and Labor from Fontys Hogeschool Tilburg and completed VWO at Maaslandcollege.
