Floris Wakka has extensive experience in customer service and management, currently serving as a Customer Service Journey Expert at Knab since August 2015, where previous roles included Manager Service and Teamleider Service. Prior to Knab, Floris worked at Van Der Valk De Gouden Leeuw for a decade, starting in service roles and later taking on project management responsibilities for a Green Key certification at Van der Valk Hotel Leiden. Additional experience includes a role in Banquet Sales at Grand Hotel Huis ter Duin, supporting large event planning. Floris holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Commerciële Economie from Hogeschool Leiden and a Pre-master in Business Administration from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
