Luis Luna has been in the tech support industry since 2010. Luis began their career at Western Digital, where they were a Tech Support Level II and Social Media Moderator. Luis then moved to CafeX Communications in 2017, where they were a Tier 1 Support Agent. In 2019, they joined LivePerson as a Tier II Support Engineer, providing solutions to customer issues using their knowledge of HTML/CSS/Javascript and tracking issues on JIRA. Currently, they are employed at Knack as a Technical Support.
