Sandeep Arora is the COO of Knack Systems. He has over 25 years of experience in business and IT consulting focusing on optimization and automation of sales, service, commerce, and marketing processes for companies across a wide range of industries. Sandeep is experienced in launching and growing new organizations and developing unique service offerings and innovative solutions to meet the market needs and building successful enterprises by designing and developing sales, marketing, delivery, and support strategy and organizations.

Sandeep is an alum of BITS, Pilani, India, where he completed his Masters in Management Studies. He is also one of the three co-founders of BITSAA, the global alumni organization of his alma mater.
