Senior Customer Succes Manager at Knak

Alexandra Noguera's work experience begins in 2015 when they served as the Vice President of Finance for the Humanitarian Organization of Latin American Students (HOLAS). In this role, they worked with a team to design and implement programs promoting Latin American culture and raising funds for development projects. Alexandra successfully increased funds raised by 300% within six months.

From 2016 to 2018, Alexandra worked as the Vice President of Student Issues for the Carleton University Students' Association, Inc. Alexandra represented 25,000 students and advocated on their behalf to various levels of government. Alexandra also directed campaigns and awareness initiatives on the topics of mental health, sustainability, financial literacy, consent and sexual violence, and substance use awareness.

In 2019, Alexandra joined MindBridge and took on the role of Customer Success Associate. Alexandra later became a Customer Success Manager in 2021 and a Program Manager in 2022. At MindBridge, Alexandra focused on providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Currently, Alexandra is a Customer Success Manager at Knak, starting their position in 2022.

Alexandra Noguera attended the Instituto Andes de Caracas, where they completed their education until the year 2012. After that, they enrolled at Carleton University from 2014 to 2019, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Biomedical and Mechanical fields of study. More recently, in the year 2019, Alexandra participated in a Training Camp program at Venture for Canada.
