Marco Cultrera

Marco Cultrera has extensive experience in the gaming industry. Marco started their career in 1999 as a Creative Director and Lead Developer at Oceanus Communications Inc, where they were responsible for the game design of Legacy Online. Marco then worked at ISite Corporation as a Senior Project Manager, overseeing the production of 3D websites for Parks Canada. In 2004, Marco joined Magmic Inc. as a Creative Director, where they designed and supervised the development of over 30 games. Marco also served as the Studio Director, managing the entire development cycle. In 2013, they worked as a Senior Game Designer on contract at Fuel Industries, handling game design for projects such as a mobile game tied to the Fifa World Cup. From 2011 to 2016, Marco worked as an Owner and Creative Director at Dreamwielder Studios, consulting on original video games and interactive applications. Most recently, Marco joined knak. as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer in 2020.

Marco Cultrera obtained their Masters degree in Physics from the Università degli Studi di Milano between 1989 and 1996. Prior to that, they attended Liceo Leonardo Da Vinci, but the specific years and degree earned are unknown.
