Michael Harris started their work experience in 2017 as a Back-End Software Engineer at Mxi Technologies Ltd, where they developed and supported Java web service custom integrations for aviation and defense clients. Michael then joined Cheetah Networks Inc in 2018 as a Real-Time Software Engineer, focusing on designing and developing real-time C++ applications for network performance analysis. In 2019, they worked at IFS as a Back-End Software Engineer, where they collaborated with clients to develop Java web service custom integrations for aviation and defense clients. In 2020, they joined the Government of Canada as a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer, leading the support of national security applications using React, Java, and PostgreSQL. Currently, they are working at Knak as a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer, responsible for designing and developing initiatives for their marketing asset builder and mentoring junior engineers.
Michael Harris attended Sir Robert Borden High School from 2011 to 2015. Michael then pursued further education at Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology from 2015 to 2018, where they earned an Advanced Diploma in Computer Engineering with a focus on Computing Science.
