Puneet Shetty

Puneet Shetty has a diverse work experience. Puneet started their career as a Sales Lead at VIT in 2012, where they managed the sales team and handled client relationships. From 2015 to 2021, Puneet worked at IBM as a Marketing Automation Professional. In this role, they collaborated with campaign managers to design and execute marketing campaigns using the company's tech stack. Puneet also used data to improve campaign performance and deliver personalized experiences to website visitors. Currently, they hold the position of Marketing Operations Manager at Knak since 2023.

Puneet Shetty completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of New Brunswick in the academic years 2021-2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain College. Puneet also holds additional certifications such as the IBM Agile Explorer certification from IBM, which they obtained in September 2017, and the IBM Certified Specialist - Unica Campaign V8.5 certification.
