Spencer Bull has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2015, they worked as a Tree Planter at Summit Reforestation & Forest Management LTD. Following that, they served as a Social Media Marketing Intern at SparkHub LTD from January 2017 to August 2017. In 2017, they also briefly worked as a Client Success Associate at Phreesia. From May 2018 to April 2019, Spencer worked as a Client Success Manager at Shutterstock Custom. In 2019, they took on the role of Marketing Communications Officer/Business Advisor at EQWIP HUBs: Powered by Canada World Youth and Youth Challenge International. In 2020, they transitioned to London Honda as an Online Sales & Engagement Manager. Currently, Spencer works at Knak, where they started as a Customer Project Manager in April 2021 and progressed through various roles, including Account Manager, Key Account Manager, and Senior Customer Success Manager - Named Accounts.

Spencer Bull has a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Marketing from the University of Ottawa. Additionally, they have pursued an international exchange program at Copenhagen Business School, where they focused on Business/Commerce in general.

In terms of certifications, Spencer obtained the Automotive Law & Ethics certification from the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC) in September 2020. In May 2018, they received the Customer Retention certification from LinkedIn. Furthermore, they completed the Smart Serve: Responsible Service Training from The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario in March 2014. Most recently, in February 2022, Spencer achieved the Mastership in Customer Success from Winning by Design.
