Larry Prange

As General Counsel, Larry has primary responsibility for managing all legal matters of Knape & Vogt and its subsidiaries.

Larry is a seasoned executive with more than 25 years of business and legal experience. He has extensive experience helping leadership teams achieve business goals while developing legal strategies and solutions that mitigate risks to the business. During his career, Larry has advised major corporations, small start-ups, and non-profits with matters ranging from contract negotiations and litigation to regulatory compliance and developing ESG/CSR strategies.

Larry earned Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from the Department of Community Sustainability at Michigan State University, and a JD from the George Washington University Law School.

Larry is a member of the Board of Directors for the League of Michigan Bicyclists, and is a founding member of the non-profit community bike-shop Cycle-Re-Cycle.
