Mike Nitzsche

Mike Nitzsche is an experienced professional currently serving as General Manager at Knapheide since September 2023. Previously, Nitzsche held the General Manager position at Sealcon from January 2021 to September 2023. At Gates Corporation, Nitzsche worked from 2014 to 2020 as Director of Operations Engineering - Americas, overseeing capital planning and efficiencies for 16 manufacturing locations while leading a team of over 40 engineers. As Director of North American Manufacturing Engineering at Faurecia from 2012 to 2013, Nitzsche focused on employee retention and on-time launch across project phases. Earlier roles included Director of Global Manufacturing Engineering - Fluid Power at Gates Corporation, managing a significant annual Capex budget, and Engineering Manager/AGM at Magna International, where Nitzsche specialized in body-in-white component manufacturing and strategic growth. Nitzsche holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Milwaukee School of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
