Vice President Of Supply Chain Management at Knapheide

Nathan Wall, CSCP, has had a diverse range of work experience in supply chain management and operations. Nathan started their career at Ingersoll Rand Construction equip in 1996, where they held progressive leadership roles in manufacturing. Nathan then moved to JLG Industries, where they worked in facility development and operations leadership from 2000 to 2003. After that, they joined Caterpillar Inc. as an Operations and Supply Chain Leadership and Six Sigma BB, focusing on manufacturing materials management and factory flow. Nathan obtained certifications as a DMEDI and DMAIC black belt. Nathan continued to advance in Caterpillar Inc., holding various roles such as Worldwide Product Supply Stream Manager and Hauling & Extraction Manufacturing Operations & Strategy Manager, where they led and developed strategies for product capacity and capital development. In 2015, they joined Knapheide as the Vice President of Supply Chain Management, leading the supply chain organization responsible for purchasing, inventory management, supplier quality, and logistics. Nathan introduced the company's first structured SIOP/S&OP process, supporting multiple locations in North America.

Nathan Wall, CSCP, obtained their education from Eastern Illinois University. From 1995 to 1998, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology (Manufacturing) at the university. During the same period, they also pursued a Masters of Science degree in Industrial Technology.
