Jessica Ferko

Jessica Ferko is a seasoned professional in digital media and communications, currently serving as the Founder and Full Stack Designer at Back Pocket Media since December 2008, where counsel is provided to communications agencies on leveraging digital media for client campaigns. With a role as Lead Project Manager at Knapp Marketing since 2013, Jessica specializes in responsive web design, mobile media, and web metrics analysis. Previous experience includes leadership positions at Qorvis Communications, Spectrum Science Communications, the Mortgage Bankers Association, and others, where responsibility for large-scale projects and development of online strategies resulted in significant revenue growth and improved user engagement. Jessica holds an Associate Degree in Communication Design from Northern Virginia Community College and has a foundational education from Maryknoll High School.
