Brandi Smith

Brandi Smith, SHRM-CP, has over 18 years of experience in human resources and compensation management. At Knauf Insulation North America since October 2012, Brandi has progressed from HR Generalist to Senior Manager of Compensation & Retirement, with prior roles including Manager of Compensation and Senior Human Resources Generalist. Prior to this, Brandi worked at O'Neal Steel from January 2005 to October 2012 as an Administrative Associate. Brandi holds a degree from the University of Indianapolis.
