Joe Begansky

Joe Begansky is a seasoned plant manager with extensive experience in manufacturing operations, particularly within the insulation and roofing industries. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Knauf Insulation North America since December 2019, Joe oversees a workforce of over 425 employees and manages a fiberglass insulation manufacturing facility. Prior to this role, Joe held various managerial positions at CertainTeed, where responsibilities included overseeing multiple asphalt roofing plants and driving safety, quality, and efficiency. Joe began the career at Lear Corporation, where progressive responsibilities included operations management and production oversight. Joe holds an MBA in Business Administration from Regis University and a B.A. in Business Administration/Information Technology from Saint Leo University, complemented by various professional training programs.
