John Eichbauer

John Eichbauer began their career at LafargeHolcim in 1993 as a Market Analyst and worked their way up to become Director of Supply Chain Planning. In this role, they implemented initiatives to integrate merged US operations and Canadian operations into the North American network. John managed a team of 6 professionals and was a key member of the management team. Prior to this, they held positions at LafargeHolcim as Manager of Supply Chain Operations and Capital Projects Controller. John also worked as a Financial Analyst in treasury evaluations and in an SAP implementation project. In 2018, John joined Knauf Insulation North America as Vice President of Operations.

John Eichbauer obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from The University of Toledo. Later, they pursued their MBA from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business from 1998 to 2000.
