Kevin McHugh's work experience includes:

- From 2014 to present, they have been with Knauf Insulation North America, where they had various roles such as SVP, Strategic Projects and SVP Talent and Innovation.

- From 2014 to 2021, they served as the Vice President - Technical Services in the North American Board of Directors at Knauf Insulation. Kevin was responsible for product, process, and chemical development, as well as EHS and manufacturing performance.

- In 2014, they briefly worked as the Director - Process and Product Development at Knauf Insulation.

- Prior to joining Knauf Insulation, they had a long career at Johns Manville. From 2004 to 2014, they were the Strategic Programs Leader.
