Lee Griffin

Lee Griffin has over two decades of experience in the manufacturing industry, with positions ranging from Engineering Apprentice to Production Manager. Currently holding the title of Production Manager at Knauf Insulation, Lee's expertise includes process management, quality control, furnace operations, and cold process engineering. With previous roles as Shift Supervisor and Assembly Line Controller at TRW Automotive, Lee has a solid background in overseeing production operations. Lee earned a Higher National Certificate in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Wales.
