Steen Lindby

Steen Lindby is currently serving as Group Market Innovation Director at Knauf Insulation since January 2023. Previously, Steen held the position of Vice President Group R&D at Rockwool International A/S from 2008 to May 2021, where significant achievements included establishing an innovation culture and introducing a matrix organization. Steen's career also includes roles as Business Division Manager and Technical Manager at VELUX A/S from 1998 to 2008 and 1991 to 1998, respectively, focusing on growth strategy, product development, and establishing testing standards. Educational credentials include an MBA in Business Development and a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics from Copenhagen Business School, along with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark.
