Loïc Philippe also attended Miami Country Day School from 1993 to 1996. In terms of additional certifications, Loïc has obtained various certifications in fields such as digital marketing, data analytics, cybersecurity, and data science from institutions like Coursera, Duke University, and John Hopkins University. Kneads is a passion project by H&S Family of Bakeries to bring premium artisan baked goods, pastries, and food to our communities. Our wholesale distribution serves the Mid Atlantic region. The H&S Family of Bakeries includes H&S Bakery, Northeast Foods, and Schmidt Baking Company to make up America’s largest family-owned variety bakery, proudly providing specialty baked goods to major industry retailers and small businesses throughout the United States. From humble beginnings, one small bakery in Baltimore has grown to become a staple in our community.
