Aileen Lee

Aileen Lee has over 18 years of Human Resources experience. Aileen began their career in 2001 as an HR Account Manager at AIB. In 2003, they moved to Collins Engineering Ireland as an HR Generalist. In 2007, they joined BS&B Safety Systems as an HR, where they were responsible for originating patents on all rupture disk designs. In 2014, Aileen moved to Grant Engineering Ireland as Senior HR Manager, and in 2017 they joined Kneat Solutions as Human Resources Director and HR Manager.

Aileen Lee holds a CIPD certification.
