Guilherme Cavichiolli Prado has over 15 years of experience in software development. Guilherme began their career in 2006 as a Software Developer for 2simple Consultoria, where they worked on data integrations between the projects and the legacy ERP system called "RM Corpore". In 2008, they moved to AllEasy as a Senior Software Developer, where they trained the work team to use SVN/Tortoise for versioning and worked on technical requirements specification, UML diagrams, and time estimates. Guilherme then worked at TIVIT as a Senior Software Developer, developing an Interactive E-mail Approval Workflow and integrating Web Forms C#. In 2009, they returned to Brasil Partners Engenharia as a Senior GIS Software Developer and a Senior Software Developer, where they were the main contributor to the solution shown at Eu Esri Brazil 2012 and increased performance by 3x after a deep refactoring on code, data retrieve routines, and cache logic. In 2013, they worked as a Senior GIS Software Consultant for both DERSA and Brasil Partners Engenharia. At DERSA, they empowered the customer to monitor, plan, and take actions during the construction of the Rodoanel North beltway project. In 2018, they joined Millenio Servicos Tecnicos as a Senior GIS Software Engineer, where they were authorized by Brazil's Ministry of Defense to process data from aero surveys creating new kinds of enhanced data aimed to aid municipal administrations of entire cities. Guilherme increased profitability and reduced costs by bringing a new custom open-source solution to replace an existing one, and deployed a self-host Canvas LMS' a cost-effective solution to deliver e-learn trainings during the COVID-19 pandemic. Finally, in 2022, they joined Kneat Solutions as a Software Developer.
