Knees Up is a shop, café and studio specialising in sport and lifestyle. What began as a local running group, evolved to become a physical and digital destination integrating retail, hospitality and creative services.

We carefully combine a global edit of the most exciting independent sportswear brands in-store and online, an in-house café, bar and hang-out, and a full-service agency for a range of partners seeking relevance and impact.

As a platform, KU is rooted in authenticity, driven by original ideas, and built for the modern consumer.
