Lucas N.

Lucas N.'s work experience begins in 2003 at Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina as a Web Developer. From 2005 to 2007, they worked at Electronic Data Systems as a Software System Analyst, where they also trained developers in Mexico. Between 2007 and 2010, Lucas worked at Instituto Stela as a Senior Software Engineer, participating in national projects for the Brazilian government. In 2011, they co-founded Knewin, where they served as the CEO and played a crucial role in expanding the company into one of the most significant PR Tech companies in Latin America, with numerous acquisitions and equity financing. Lucas also served as a Board Member at Knewin from 2017 to 2022.

Lucas N. has an extensive education history in various fields. Starting in 2003, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Universidade do Vale do Itajaí, which they completed in 2009. In 2020, Lucas pursued executive education in different areas. Lucas attended the Saint Paul Escola de Negócios and completed a program in Finance for Non-Financial Professionals. In the same year, they also obtained an executive education certificate in Board Members from the IBGC - Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa. Moving on to 2021, Lucas participated in an executive education program in Transformative Leadership at the Fundação Dom Cabral.

Continuing their pursuit of executive education, Lucas joined the Ibmec in 2020 and completed an Executive MBA with a focus on Business Administration and Management. Lucas further enhanced their skills by attending an executive education program in Strategic Marketing at the Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa in 2022. Lastly, in 2022, Lucas attended the Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management for executive education in Product Strategy.

In addition to their academic achievements, Lucas also obtained two certifications. In 2005, they became a Sun Certified Java Programmer through Sun Microsystems. In January 2021, they achieved the Certified PDA Analyst certification from PDA International Inc.
