Joyce M. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client services and sales management. Currently serving as Director of Client Services at KSG since September 2021, Joyce has also held the same title and role at Up Fundraising until September 2024. Joyce's previous experience includes a successful tenure at Rogers Communications from October 2005 to October 2020, where as Sales Team Manager, Joyce led a team of up to 23, consistently exceeding annual sales targets, and as Residential Sales Coordinator, Joyce supported National Inside Sales Representatives to enhance profitability through effective sales strategies. Joyce holds a Diploma in Advanced Marketing Administration from Seneca Polytechnic, obtained between 2002 and 2005.
