Kristy Poe

Kristy Poe is an experienced risk management professional with a robust background in regulatory compliance and insurance program oversight. Currently serving as the West Region Risk Manager at Knife River Corporation since September 2025, Kristy previously held the role of Director of Insurance & Vendor Compliance at Holland Partner Group from September 2011 to February 2025, where expertise in developing compliance strategies and managing financial liabilities contributed to operational stability. Earlier in Kristy's career, an extensive tenure at Realvest Asset Management, LLC from 1994 to 2011 as an Insurance Specialist involved risk assessment and managing insurance programs to ensure compliance in leasing processes. Kristy holds a Property & Casualty license and has a diploma from Clark College, following education at Mountain View High School.
